You need to enable your PM function for people to contact you through the messaging service.

Anyways, the rubbing of your 515 cone can be alleviated by:

1) Lightly push down with 2 fingers right where the dust cap attaches to the cone. As you move round the dustcap, you will begin to feel where the the voice coil is actually rubbing against the pole piece and mark the position with the greatest resistance with a piece of chalk.

2) Locate the bolts (Torx bolts are standard I believe) that attach the basket to the magnet. With a suitable allen key loosen the bolts completely and then re-tignten them again just a smidgen.

3) With a block of wood or a dead blow hammer, GENTLY tap the frame directly OPPOSITE your chalk mark & test for rubbing again at the chalk mark. Continue the procedure until you feel no resistance.

4) Tighten all the bolts, making sure you do not jog the frame while doing so.

Of course, this procedure won't guranteee that you'll get a perfectly aligned voice coil, but it is certainly better than a rubbing cone.
